We are here to support our community, and ensure that patients across North Houston get the hearing healthcare that they need.
Whether you’re exploring whether you have a hearing loss, or you currently wear hearing aids but are unable to get the support you need from your provider during this time.
To protect you, we have strict protocols and processes in place; they are as follows:
1. Heightened Sanitation Protocols
Between appointments, additional time has been scheduled to thoroughly clean all surfaces and ensure each patient is entering a sterile environment.
This includes all surfaces from door handles, chairs, and any equipment using Cavicide.
2. Hand Washing on Arrival
All patients must wash their hands upon arrival before entering our office as clearly marked on the office door. Hand Sanitizer is also required as soon as you enter the offices.
3. Pre-Appointment Screening
In the same way that our team’s health is being monitored daily through temperature checks and routine hand sanitation, you are kindly asked to reschedule your appointment if you have had a fever or cough in the past 14 days.
4. Disposable Gloves & Face Masks
To protect you, our team are using disposable gloves and PPE-approved face masks for appointments to give you peace of mind and ensure your health is the overall priority.
5. Minimum Company for Appointments
You’re kindly asked to bring a maximum of one person with you for your appointment, and ideally visit alone if possible.
The Waiting Rooms Remains Closed
With extra space between appointments, you’re encouraged to walk in prior to your appointment so that you can walk straight through to your audiologist, rather than sitting in the waiting room.
Curbside Appointments Remain Available
If you would prefer not to leave your vehicle, then we can come to you and you can stay in the comfort of your car.
Simply let us know your preferences when scheduling, and a provider will be able to come to you.
All appointments are currently by schedule only.
Please do not walk-in or come without an appointment as we will, unfortunately, have to turn you away to protect scheduled patients.
