Was referred to Houston North Hearing Solutions by a friend and was not disappointed. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They were up front and worked with my insurance to get me the most benefit possible. Going in I knew I had high frequency hearing loss but had never made any attempt to correct it. The cost always scared me away, and since I could hear (I thought I could), I didn't think it was worth it. Boy Was I Wrong!! It has really opened up a new world for me! One where I can now hear where sounds are coming from... I can hear my granddaughter and she doesn't have to repeat herself... I am hearing music in ways I never imagined possible! Thank you Dr. Lacy and North Houston Hearing Solutions you have made this a pleasant transition to a new world of normalized hearing!

First of all I have had poor hearing since I was a child and that was many years ago. Having high anxiety and bad hearing is a living hell. The noticeable hearing aids of my childhood would have just killed me even if we could have afforded them. Finally about 15 years ago I found an angel named dr Angela Poe. She fitted me with behind the ear hearing aids and I babied them for 11 years. I don’t think I ever returned in 11 years. When I did return the practice had moved to spring cypress and my initial call was taken by crystal. I have found her to be amazing at keeping me on schedule for quarterly cleanings which I attend religiously. I didn’t get the latest set of hearing aids from dr Poe but from Dr Lacy Robinson who works here with dr Poe. Dr Lacy is also an angel and has given me a new lease on life with these latest hearing aids. I can adjust the from my phone and listen to music on them. This is especially helpful when the wife is barking orders at me. I just nod every so often. If you have bad hearing don’t live with it. If you have old hearing aids go see the new ones. The difference is unbelievable and if you get you hearing aids from any other place than north Houston hearing solutions then you are just crazy.

"Working with Lacy at NHHS has been awesome!! She is friendly, knowledgeable, and very caring. Trust me I have worked with several hearing aid fitters over the years and some are like used car salesman and are just trying to "make the sale" and really aren't concerned with your needs or desires they just want to sell you what they think you need. Lacy was NOT AT ALL like that. She talked, listened, made recommendations and at the end of the day i got what turned out to be exactly what I wanted and needed. Lacy was just great in making it all happen without being pushy in the least bit."

Outstanding in every way. Dr. Robinson has been monitoring and helping with my hearing for five years. She is knowledgeable, caring . . . and she listens. Everyone at North Houston is friendly. And whoever is handling the phone for reservations, etc. is excellent. She has a smile in her voice. Since she is the first person most people talk to, she is the friendly handshake of North Houston.
