Having cared for the hearing health of the North Houston for over 20 years, North Houston Hearing Solutions are taking preventative measures to ensure that the health and welfare of patients is the number one priority during the challenges presented by COVID-19.

While closely monitoring the recommendations of the CDC, a five-step plan has been developed to ensure your safety.

1. Please Ensure You’re in Good Health

In the same way that our team’s health is being monitored daily through temperature checks and routine hand sanitation, you are kindly asked to reschedule your appointment if you have had a fever or cough, or have traveled out of the country during the past two weeks.

2. No Walk-in Appointments

The waiting room is temporarily closed to minimize your time spent in the office. This has been achieved by having extended availability to see patients as soon as they arrive with more spaced appointments. This means that walk-in appointments are currently unavailable.

3. Hand Washing on Arrival

All patients must wash their hands upon arrival, hand sanitizer is provided as soon as you enter the office.

4. Thorough Cleaning Between Appointments

Between appointments, additional time has been scheduled to thoroughly clean all surfaces and ensure each patient is entering a sterile environment.

5. Minimum Company for Appointments

You’re kindly asked to bring a maximum of one person with you for your appointment, and ideally visit alone if possible.

With not just your hearing health, but your overall health being are absolute priority during these difficult times, please know that the entire team at North Houston Hearing Solutions are here for you.

Please know that you are family to us, and if you need anything, then we’re here for you.
