The current COVID-19 situation is changing how North Houston residents go about their daily lives. Social distancing and stay at home orders have restricted people from meeting in social situations in an effort to lower the virus’ transmission.

However, at North Houston Hearing Solutions, we deeply care about our patients and their hearing needs. So, in times where travel to our office is not practical, we’re doing everything we can to ensure our patients’ care is not interrupted.

Our innovative new Tele Audiology service has been launched to meet our patients’ needs. Patients can meet with their audiologist via a video conference call which lasts for approximately 15 minutes. Patients will receive the same level of care and support as they would expect from an in-person appointment.

These appointments offer an easy solution for anyone who is seeking hearing health advice, support, or reassurance.

So What is Tele Audiology?

Through the use of a cell phone, tablet, or computer, patients can make a video call and meet face to face with their audiologist. During these 15-minute appointments, patients can voice their questions and concerns and receive professional advice in the comfort of their own home.

Additionally, current patients with the latest hearing technology can also take advantage of their hearing aids’ remote programming features. The audiologist can troubleshoot any problems, adjust hearing aid settings, or reprogram hearing devices within a few minutes.

There’s no need to reschedule meetings or other appointments, nor do patients have to travel to our office to receive hearing care. Simply connect online at your scheduled time with the audiologist for a confidential and convenient consultation.

How Does it Work?

To set up your complimentary Tele Audiology appointment with North Houston Hearing Solutions, simply phone us at 281-444-9800 to get started.
